materials - Hand crafted items are made to order & ship 7–10 days upon receipt of payment. Please note that natural materials can have slight variations in bead size, shape, & color. Naturally occurring variations are to be expected.

refund policy - cabine accepts returns for defective and damaged items only. Please email info@cabinemonde.com for return instructions. Returns must include original packaging.

shipping - In-stock items ship within 48 hours of purchase (weekends & holidays excluded). If an item is out-of-stock, you will be notified via e-mail with the delivery lead time. cabine ships via the US postal service. If expedited shipping is needed, please email info@cabinemonde.com for rate quotes & shipping options. Shipping is U.S. only.

email list - We encourage you to sign-up for our newsletter. Our email notifications provide you with new merchandise, and other news from cabine. But don't worry - you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our email list at any time. cabine only collects information on our customers for the sole purpose of order tracking and keeping of records & orders placed online.
