Return & Exchange Policy 


We understand. Sometimes things just aren’t a fit or sizing is a little off. We gladly accept like-new products for return or exchanges within 14 days as long as it scanned/shipped back within 30 days of the order being delivered. 


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, like new, and in it’s original packaging. 


Please note: 


  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable 
  • Sale, Last Chance, Sample Items and/or Mystery Boxes are not eligible for returns. 


To initiate your return, please email, with your order number, contact information, a description of your problem, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days. Please use subject line “Return Order ###”. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase with items scanned/shipped back within 30 days of order being delivered. 


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns or exchanges. 


Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be process and a credit will be refunded to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. 


If you items arrived damaged, please review our Shipping Policies or contact the carrier directly.


Sales/Discounts/Promotional Price Adjustments 


We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary sales, promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished. 


Third Party Retailers 

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from third party retailers that sell Cabine Monde jewelry. Please connect with the retailer directly regarding their return policies.
